SUNDOWN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

TIME OF MEETING: 6:30 p.m.

PLACE OF MEETING: Board Room in the Administration Office at 7^th Street & School Avenue

The meeting will be held in compliance with Gov.Code, Ch.551. The meeting is also being conducted in accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act {42 U.S.C.

12101 (1991)}. The facility where the meeting is to be held is wheelchair-accessible, and handicapped parking is also available. Requests for sign interpretive services are available upon requests received at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. The following agenda sets forth the subjects of the meeting. The order in which the agenda is followed is subject to change by the board.

If a topic on the agenda is permitted by law to be discussed in executive session, the board may or may not, at the time, close the meeting as to such topic.

On this 19^th day of April 2007, an original copy of this notice was posted on the bulletin board in the administration office of the Sundown School District at 2:30pm. on said date.
