Senior Spotlight - Larallye Lopez

Larallye Lopez joined the Class of 2021 when she was in the fifth grade. Her favorite memory in elementary school was when she fell off her horse Diamond and as she got back on laughing her mother was freaking out, yelling for her to stop. Skipping on to high school, she will never forget in 8th period when Anna slapped Jasmin's neck so hard it left a mark and none of them could breath from laughing so hard. Larallye has gone throughout high school maintaining an A and B average. She was a part of helping the human rescue correlation back in 2018. Mrs. Greenhaw's interpersonal studies was her favorite class in high school.

In the future, Larallye plans to attend South Plains College and study in areas such as  cosmetology, aesthetician, accountant, or even business management. She then plans to transfer to Texas Tech to finish her degree. An inspirational quote she admires was spoken by Elbert Hubbard, "Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out alive."  Larallye's brothers Lazareth and Toby have served as role models for her. She would like to pass on advice to underclassmen as well, “Don’t stress on the small stuff and re-read your work.” Best wishes to Larallye and the Class of 2021.
