2022 Senior Spotlight - Issac Rodriguez

Issac Rodriguez has been a part of Sundown ISD since the three year old program. During his time of being here, he has made wonderful memories. In elementary school, he recalls a time where he would dance like Michael Jackson in Mrs. Britton’s class. His favorite memory in middle school was when he stopped getting in trouble after the 7th grade! One thing he’ll never be able to forget from high school was the time Mrs. Kelly ran over his foot with a scooter!

During his time of being in Sundown, Issac went to state in band in 8th and 9th grades. He was a part of the yearbook staff, Leadership class, and participated in photography. Out of all of the wonderful classes he was in, photography was his all time favorite.

Issac's role models are his dad and Mr. Rich. They both have made a huge impact on his life. A quote that Issac favors is written by Sadahguru and states, “Incredible things can be done simply if we are committed to making them happen.” Some advice from Issac to the underclassmen is to always stay on task and do not wait until the last minute to do your work.

Thank you, Issac,  for everything you have done for Sundown ISD, and we wish you all the best!
