A big THANK YOU to Hillside Church in Levelland for blessing our entire district with a few gallons of Tea2Go! We are so thankful for the thoughtfulness behind this simple but meaningful gesture. Providing a nice treat for our staff is another way of showing your love, encouragement, and support for the people who serve our students each day. We are especially grateful for the connection between Hillside and our Sundown community. We have a number of community members who attend Hillside, as well as Sundown students who are involved in their Youth Group. Thank you to Steve Cloud, Marcy Martinez, and Rayden Flores for thinking of our staff and helping make their day a little sweeter! We appreciate Hillside Church for loving on Sundown ISD!

SHS Social Action class will hold a canned food drive for the school's food pantry, SHAC, Thursday, Sept. 3. Help us "Stack the SHAC" with food items to help feed kids and their families this year! If a student brings 2 food items, they may wear a hat to school all day!
