Roughnecks lost 46-35 to a really talented Callisburg team. They don’t play tomorrow, but come back to Nazareth for a 10:20 game on Saturday.

Grateful to our High School students Jadon McAdams and Brooklyn Webb for there help in preparing our MS students for their upcoming competition! Good luck to all of our Elementary and Middle School competitors today! We are Sundown SMART!


Middle School UIL tomorrow in Plains!!! Good luck to all of our UIL Competitors that will travel to Plains tomorrow for the Academic UIL Meet! We have 2 waves of students leaving Sundown at 7:30 AM (buses at the ramp), and another at 11 AM depending on the time they compete. We also have 4 waves of buses leaving Plains at 11:45, 1:30, 4:30 and 5:30 depending on the time they finish. Each MS student was given a schedule today. Students will be provided with a meal ticket for lunch, but are welcome to bring more money for extra snacks throughout the day.


SHS students got their letter jackets today. Exciting times!!!



Mrs. Lopez’s Pre-K 3 class made Santa Ornaments to hang on the HS winter wonderland hall. Tomorrow we will post her other class. Thankful for our young Roughnecks and Roughettes!!!
