We are writing to inform you that we have had a MS/HS staff member test positive for COVID-19. If your child was in close proximity, then we have/will personally contact you via telephone. If you have not been contacted, you are only being notified because your child may have been in this class. I want to reassure you that the rooms have been thoroughly disinfected, and we are doing everything we can to help keep your child safe. Please join Social Action and the SHS cheerleaders as we support our first responders.
September 8th - 15th, we will be collecting donations for our city police and volunteer fire department. Collection boxes will be located in elementary teacher's classrooms and in the middle school and high school locker areas. Please bring money and place it in the collection box designated for your grade level.
This will be a district-wide competition. The grade level that collects the most money will be announced at the pep rally on September 17th and will later receive a Coke-float party.
Again, please bring your donations starting on September 8th through September 15th to help raise money for our city police and the volunteer fire department. Thank you for your support.
