We were able to win our 5th consecutive district championship as well as winning the bi-district championship. Our girls really worked hard and got better as the season progressed. The following young ladies have earned postseason awards.

The girls finished the year 19-16 with a district and bi-district championship.
Our girls also finished the season with a cumulative 92.52 team GPA. Congrats Roughettes!
Girls Golf competed at Meadowbrook Course on Monday. The team finished 2nd overall behind Denver City and Laura McMinn placed 3rd individually. The next meet is in Sundown on Tuesday, March 24th for the girls, and on Wednesday, March 25th for the boys.

Going into the bottom of the 7th Roughettes lead 20-11.

The top of the 4th was a good one for the Roughettes! 7 runs. Score going into the bottom half of the inning 13-6.
SB team is tied 6-6 after 3 innings of play against Crosbyton.
SB team is currently playing Crosbyton. After 2 innings of play the girls are down 4-5.
The MS and HS track meets this week in New Deal have been moved to Wednesday for the MS and Thursday for the HS. This is due to potential severe weather on Friday in New Deal. Although not ideal, thank you to all involved who worked together to make it work anyway.
There has been a gray Sundown jacket turned into the elementary office. This jacket was found at the Dome in Levelland after the boys regional tournament. Please come to the elementary office to claim your jacket.
