SMS Students had the opportunity to vote yesterday for the SMS Mock Election 2024! Two significant points of emphasis concerned why they voted the way they did and whether they knew the difference between the popular vote and the Electoral College. Here are the results!

Due to school being out next Mon. - Wed. the 7th & 8th Boys basketball game that was scheduled for Nov. 14 vs Smyer has been postponed to a later possible make-up date. Details will be sent out if the game is able to be made up.
Again, NO JH BOYS games next Thursday Nov. 14
The girls are still planning on playing unless that is the day of the playoff football game.
Thank you to A'ndrea McAdams and the Sundown City Library for hosting a mock election for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. The students had to present their "voter's registration card" before they received their ballots and were able to step into the booth. They had an awesome experience.
