Last weekend our 5th and 6th grade robotics teams had their competition at Lubbock High School.
All 5 teams had a fun filled day! By using their creativity and problem-solving skills each team was able to improve their scores throughout the contest.
We are very proud of each team.
We would also like to recognize the team of Jaryn Reyes, Aiden Kubicek, Beau Bufe, and Hope Bush. They came in 1st place out of 65-70 teams! This team also earned the pinnacle award for having the highest single round score throughout the day.
Great job to all these robotics teams!!

The boys are in god shape after round 1 in Canyon. Top 3 teams after tomorrow advance to state and we will start the day in 3rd. Tops 3 individuals (not on a team) will advance to state and Isaiah will start the day in 3rd place. Looking for another solid outing from them tomorrow. The wind is supposed to blow hard so it'll be interesting.
