Christmas Accessory Day at SMS! Trivia was a bit of a fiasco... with 2 sets of winners(long story) and a definite set of losers (which we will not mention them by name... fine here they are... Mrs. Jones and Camden Bufe). So our winners were Mrs. Marek & Elizah Lopez and Mrs. Garcia & Riley Scifres! #justiceforCamden
Germ Blast Awards Sundown MS/HS Custodial Staff With an "Extraordinary Environment Award" for the 2022/2023 School Year!
Sundown ISD has always taken great pride in the quality of our facilities. Our Custodial Staff works tirelessly to ensure that we have a beautiful campus day in and day out! They have the task of keeping our campuses in tip top condition from the classrooms, to the offices, the bathrooms, the halls, the locker area, the lounge... you name it and they are taking care of business! Today, we had the privilege of awarding Becky Paiz our High School Custodian, and Evalina Kenley our Middle School Custodian, with this prestigious award! They were presented with a plaque and a tray of cupcakes for their respective campuses! Sundown ISD is proud of their efforts and we are privileged to present them this very deserving award and honor, the "Extraordinary Environment Award"! Congratulations to these ladies, as well as all of our custodial and maintenance staff at Sundown ISD for their effort and quality of keeping our facilities in tip top shape! If you see these ladies around, please thank them for what they do! Cupcakes available in the Middle School and High School Lounge!
