Sundown MS OAP earns the District Championship at the District Meet held in Post! Our directors have been working with our students since September in preparation for this day! Our students have worked many hours and put on a great performance today! We had a number of standouts that deservedly earned individual recognition today as well!
Everything You Wanted to Know about Middle School (But You Were Too Busy Being Stuffed In A Locker)
Best Performer: Avy McGlasson
All-Star Cast: Silverina Pando, Ryder Stanley
Technical Crew: Jlyssa Aleman and Karmindy Townsend
We are so proud of our students and directors for a great OAP Season!

The Roughettes are tough!!! They didn’t get the win this afternoon against Naz. But as long as there is time on the clock they stay in the fight! Were down as many as 11 in the 4th and fought back to within 4 against on of the premier programs in the nation. You need to make it a point to watch these ladies play this season!

Varsity girls down 22-14 at half to Naz.

MS OAP today in Post! Mr. Ramirez, Mrs. Evans and Mrs. Buchanan have worked many hours preparing them for this show! The community performance on Thursday night was fantastic! Shows begin at 12:30, and Sundown is the 5th play to perform. 3:45 was the suggested arrival time. Sundown MS OAP… break a leg!

Dominate 9:30 performance by the Roughettes! Beat New Deal 77-29. They play their last game in Abernathy at 4:10 this afternoon. We play Nazareth, it’ll be a good one and worth the drive and effort to come watch!

Varsity girls are up 30, 55-25 headed to the 4th with New Deal.

Varsity girls are up 12-10 on New Deal after the first quarter in Abernathy.

Another gritty win from the super 6 JV girls. This time 31-28 over Olton. They play again tomorrow here in Abernathy at 5:30 against Nazareth.

JV girls lead 28-24 heading into the 4th quarter. Let’s finish ladies!

JV girls leading 21-17 at the half over Olton.

JV girls lead Olton 13-11 after 1 in Abernathy.
