APOLLO Trip last weekend was a success!!!
The Sundown 3rd-5th grade Apollo students have spent a majority of the year researching Oceans and Marine Life. At the end of their research, each student was assigned a specific marine animal to study. They were able to wrap up their research by visiting the Dallas World Aquarium for a firsthand experience of the characteristics of their animal. A huge thanks to Mrs. Bufe for her work and guidance leading up to this trip!

Softball girls played well, but lost 10-0 at Floydada. This group is making a ton of progress and are really fun to watch. Baseball scores 5 in the bottom of the 3rd to take a 5-4 lead headed to the 4th.
Beautiful day out at the ball park. Baseball boys are down 2-0 after 1 to Seagraves. Come on out, support the boys and buy some snacks and drinks from the band at the concession stand located by the visitor stands.
From Coach Goodman:
Please help me congratulate the following students on their THSCA Tennis Academic All-State Achievement:
Gabriella Peralta- 1st team
Mathayus McGlasson- 2nd team
Mark Rubalcava- Honorable Mention
To be considered for this award, these seniors had to maintain a 92 or above average all through high school, score well on the SAT/ACT and be of good moral character, all while being an athlete. These three work hard and represent our school well.
