Students enjoyed food, games, an inflatable obstacle course, the opportunity to win cash and prizes, and a time being with their friends in a safe and fun environment following their prom.
We would also like to thank those who supported the event with their kind and generous donations. Our sponsors included: SALT Farms, Lowe's, United Supermarket, Walmart, Costco, Sam's, Bush's Chicken, Chick-Fil-A, Burger King, McDonalds, Happy's, Pizza Hut, Taco Villa, Dairy Queen, Lisa Taggart, WhatABurger, Bahama Bucks, Prosperity Bank, Tea2Go, Sonic, Brahm's, and HEB.
We know that events such as this would not be possible without the help and generosity of others. We thank you for your support of our students, helping them stay safe, and encouraging them to be chemical free.

Fransica Marinelarena was the winner of this year's Apple Air pods that Sundown first grade raffled off as their community service project. This year's raffle tickets were combined with ones that were sold last year before schools were shut down.
For the past several years, the first grade classes at Sundown have participated in the Adopt An Animal program with the Clovis Zoo. For the past 6 years they have adopted Jerrica the giraffe and for the past 2 years they have also adopted Getti the hyena. The funds that were raised this year, along with last year's funds, will build a fence around Jerrica's area, and it will help purchase special food for Getti - which comes out of Houston.
We would like to thank everyone that purchased a ticket to support our community service project.

Sundown High School would like to thank the Sundown State Bank and Chris Saenz for their monetary donation to the end of year party held on Wednesday, May 12th. The day was also organized by the National Honor Society, Leadership Class, Student Council, & Social Action Class. Thank you to these students, also.
