Reminder - Kindergarten and 5th Grade is having a Bake Sale tomorrow, Thursday, December 19th - 7:30am until sold out in the round room. Below are pictures of some of the delicious items that will be for sale tomorrow. Proceeds from the fundraiser will go to the parent's of one of our Kindergarten class.

Yesterday the TASSP (Texas Association of Secondary School Principals) announced, after reviewing letters of recommendations, interviewing candidates, and hearing the story of multiple Texas MS principals, that soon to be Dr. Miguel Salazar is their organization’s Texas MS Principal of the Year (POY)!! What a great honor! Congratulations Mr. Salazar! And, congratulations to the students and staff on the MS campus. With Mr. Salazar's strong leadership, together students and staff have created a learning environment and a story to tell that is unique, special and one deserving of such a recognition! Again, congratulations to Sundown Middle School and Mr. Salazar!
