First Grade Music class performed the musical "Baby Beluga" this morning. They did a fantastic job. Awesome job students, Mrs. Simonds, and Mr. Jacinto!

We are so proud of our athletes for putting forth their best effort last night! We have kids with SUNDOWN HEART! If you haven’t had a chance to watch our kids compete, you are missing out! We also want to give a huge shoutout to our coaches and administrators for their continued support for our athletes. Track can be tough! Running a 400 is tough, and it’s nice to have Coaches and Administrators waiting at the finish line to hug our kids and tell them how proud they are of their efforts! Great day to be a Sundown Roughneck!

We want to thank our community for their support in the items that were donated towards the Panhandle Wildfire relief effort. A special thanks to Mrs. Kaitlyn Jones for organizing the items as well the delivery. Also to Mrs. Tiffany Wylie, Mrs Kari Rodgers and Mrs. Cara Marek for their help in organizing and loading of the materials. Also to Mrs. Johnnie Jones for her efforts in getting students to donate towards this cause as her classes played an a important role in donating items. Of course none of this is possible without the support and donations from countless members of our community, so thank you Sundown!
