What an exciting time for our HS One Act Play! They will perform at the Regional OAP Event held at West Texas A&M University in Canyon on Saturday! We are so proud of our Directors Mrs. Jonna Evans, Mrs. Martha Buchanan and Mr. Hunter Stanely as they have worked tirelessly to make this play a memorable one! This play has continued to grow and grow over the past few weeks and has gotten better each and every time! I am sure they will put their best foot forward tomorrow and make us proud! SHS Students, Break a Leg!

Roughneck Baseball Senior Night 2024
UIL spellers had a great day in Canyon. Emma Escamilla tied for 3rd and missed advancing to state on the tie breaker. Great job Emma! The team comprised of Emma Escamilla, Alexandra Chagoya, Jaymee Medrano, and Ariana Foster finished in 3rd place. Well done girls!!
Morgan Griffith is the regional champion in Ready Writing and advances to state. She also finished with a 4th place medal in Copy Editing. She had to leave Canyon before medals and pictures. Well done Morgan!!
Easton Smith earned a 5th place medal at the regional UIL meet in Current Issues. Great job Easton!
Congratulations to our number sense kids!!!
Finished in 2nd place as a team (Hayden Powell, Kadee Riley, Brock Bufe, and Kye Powell)and we had two individual medalist. Kadee Riley placed 4th, and Hayden Powell qualified for state with his 2nd place finish!! Well done by all!!

McCormick, a TABC all-region pick, averaged 22.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, 4.6 assists, and 6.5 steals. She was the district defensive MVP.
